Accurate Information

Account Suspension and Termination

xe99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances that include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, or at the request of a relevant authority.

Upon termination of an account in good standing, any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, after deducting any applicable fees and subject to full KYC verification. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus play are non-refundable upon termination.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the xe99 platform, shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law.
